To some people the 90s may mean nothing, but to me, they represent my first ten years on Earth – I was born in 1990 . A decade characterized by pop music, hair gel, Friends, walkmans, VCRs, Super Mario Bros., icy lipsticks, crop tops, denim and large jackets and a time when the internet connection was terribly poor…
The 90s were quite fascinating and that’s why I have my moments when I kinda dress like Rachel Green.
For this post’s outfit, I went for a pre-washed pair of mom jeans that I got from Zara at the beginning of this month (Fall/Winter 2015 collection), a turtle neck crop blouse that I got from Kurtmann and a pair of brown leather ankle boots by Tamaris (Fall/Winter 2015 collection). The ankle boots that you see me wearing are made of an incredibly soft leather, have winter appropriate soles and a really confortable and chunky heel. And they look so chic, don’t you think?
The jeans are absolutely amazing, as they go with everything (I’ll show you more outfits with this piece) and the turtle neck crop blouse is really flattering. I always stayed away of crop tops, as I thought I couldn’t wear them, but I don’t look bad at all in this one.
As for accessories, I’ve put on my favorite jewelry pieces: my Pandora Essence bracelet + my five Pandora charms and my Daniel Wellington watch (style name: Classic York).
