Knowsley Safari Park & The Irish Sea

For our second free weekend in England we chose to go to Knowsley Safari Park and to Liverpool. We arrived at Knowsley Safari Park at around 1pm (I missed breakfast so we had to stop at M&S and buy something to eat and drink) and stayed there for about 3 hours and a half, admiring free baboons, lions (I will post a vlog on my Youtube channel where you can see baboons on our car and lions walking between cars), rhinos and other fascinating animals. It was such a nice experience being able to be so close to the wild animals, seeing them happy (I know they live in a safari park, but they are living a good life) and thriving (they all had babies!). I felt really inspired there and took some cool shots for my photography portfolio.

After the safari park, we took a panoramic tour of Liverpool, then headed to Formby beach. The sand was orange and the beach felt overwhelming. I never have seen anything like that in my entire life (and I must confess that only yesterday I learned about the Irish sea). It was really windy there, therefore we returned to Liverpool where we had dinner at a Caribbean restaurant.

I did not dress cute yesterday (I wore a pair of black leggings, my favorite trainers, a plain black T-shirt, a grey wool cardigan and my current favorite denim jacket), so I am not gonna post my outfit. However, I will show you the Osprey rucksack that I wore yesterday and which I got from Simply Hike. I wanted to carry my DSLR, my vlogging camera, drinks and food and that rucksack was very handy. Everything fitted perfectly and it did not hurt my back. It’s grey (my favorite color hehe), it’s light and it has a lot of compartments, these making it a rucksack that I am gonna wear in many trips. I think I’m also gonna make it my ”photography bag”.

Next weekend we will go to London, as I am invited to attend London Fashion Week. Can’t wait!
